Kelly Gordon, RN, BSN, MA, CRNA
Chief Anesthesia Executive Officer
With two decades of healthcare and hospital experience as a CRNA, Kelly Gordon is a highly respected CRNA who owns and oversees Ethos Anesthesia Services. Kelly obtained her ADN in 1988, BSN from Webster University in 1992, and her MSNA from UMKC/Truman Medical Center School of Nurse Anesthesia in 2000 and then began to work with a local hospital group for three years. She served in the United States Army Reserves and was honorably discharged as a Captain in 2003.
Kelly currently serves on the Kansas Association of Nurse Anesthetists as President elect, as well as the Board of Director Kansas University School of Healthcare Professions. Following her hospital employment, Kelly had three children and realized that the burdens of taking call and working weekends was becoming increasingly burdensome for her and her family.
These burdens encouraged Kelly to seek other employment which led her to become a partner in a CRNA only group in the KC Metro where her 1099 education began. Kelly has known and lived the 1099 life since 2003. She understands families and what
and what they need, that children are only young for a short time, and that life experiences make memories but you must have time to make the memories. Because of these qualities, Kelly and the CRNAs that know her are highly sought after for being incredibly skilled in all aspects of anesthesia care. The group is widely diverse, and can work independently or within the team care model.
